七、日常維護保養   
1、每小時手動排放冷凝水；2、注意觀察玻璃視鏡硅膠顏色應為藍色；3、注意干燥器電機在加載時必須運行；4、注意冷凝水每日排放量，冷凝水顏色，水中是否含有細砂狀雜質；5、疏水器低位浮球閥排水應暢通；6、定期檢查U型管水位壓差；7、再生空氣溫度應大于130度；8、蝸桿渦輪箱內齒輪機油每年更換一次；9、風冷式干燥器須定期清洗翅片散熱器

八、日常保養工作的重要性

   1、清潔工作； 主電機風葉罩和散熱片的清潔工作 、冷卻器的清潔工作 、疏水器的清潔工作 、油呼吸器的清潔工作 、空氣過濾器的清潔工作、電器控制箱內的清潔工作

   2、定時排放冷凝水：空壓機空氣冷卻器的輸水器、冷干機的疏水器、貯氣罐的放水閥、定期計劃保養工作、定期更換潤滑油，每2000H（或4000H.6000H.8000H)更換一次

   3、定期給電機添加潤滑脂 ：每2000H兩邊各加一次
